What this service is — and is not

It is a guide
Results are based on Baguio's Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance No. 63, s. 2016, applied to the point you pinned.
It is not an approval
Only the CPDSO Zoning Team can issue a Locational Clearance. Every submitted request is reviewed by a person before any decision.

How a request travels
