What you need to bring

Proof of where your business will operate and your right to use the space.

• Transfer Certificate of Title, Tax Declaration, or proof of land ownership
• Notarised lease contract or consent of the property owner if renting
• Vicinity map or sketch showing the exact location
• Barangay Business Clearance for the location

Documents showing the structure itself is safe and legally built.

• Building Permit and Certificate of Occupancy
• Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (BFP)
• Sanitary Permit and health certificates for food-related businesses
• Electrical or mechanical permits, if applicable to your operations

Documents that identify who is operating the business.

• DTI Business Name Registration (sole proprietor) or SEC/CDA registration
• Valid government-issued ID of the owner or authorised representative
• Authorisation letter or Special Power of Attorney for representatives
• BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303)

Extra requirements that apply only if your result is Conditional.

• Parking provision plan or proof of off-street parking
• Setback and buffer compliance documents
• Environmental Compliance Certificate, if required for your activity
• Written consent of adjoining property owners, when required

What happens once your documents are complete.

• File at the Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS) at Baguio City Hall
• Pay assessed fees at the City Treasurer's Office
• Claim your Locational Clearance and Mayor's Permit
• Renew your business permit every January
